Relationships with Parents
Clients come to me when they experience:
- Emotional distance or difficulty forming closeness
- Suppression of feelings in the family ("we don't talk about emotions", "don't show weakness")
- A sense that parental expectations are impossible to meet
- Experiences of criticism or emotional invalidation
- Fear of being "not enough" or "not good enough"
- Tension between loyalty to the family and one's own needs
- Challenges with separation and building an autonomous life
- Consequences of codependent or narcissistic family dynamics
Relationships with Siblings
I work with:
- Competition, comparison, and underlying tension
- Feeling "unseen" or that there was not enough space in the family

- Challenges with conception and the emotional processes around it
