Relationships with Parents

Clients come to me when they experience:

  • Emotional distance or difficulty forming closeness
  • Suppression of feelings in the family ("we don't talk about emotions", "don't show weakness")
  • A sense that parental expectations are impossible to meet
  • Experiences of criticism or emotional invalidation
  • Fear of being "not enough" or "not good enough"
  • Tension between loyalty to the family and one's own needs
  • Challenges with separation and building an autonomous life
  • Consequences of codependent or narcissistic family dynamics

Relationships with Siblings

Supporting Families Through Different Stages

I accompany families and parents through:

  • Challenges with conception and the emotional processes around it
  • Preparation for parenthood
