Anxiety and Overthinking
Your mind rarely slows down. You may find yourself worrying, replaying situations, or expecting something to go wrong.

A space to better understand yourself, make sense of what you're going through, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Your mind rarely slows down. You may find yourself worrying, replaying situations, or expecting something to go wrong.
You may feel misunderstood, disconnected, or caught in relationship dynamics that are difficult to make sense of.
Something feels difficult, but you may not yet know exactly what needs to change or where to begin.
The short reflection below can help you put your experience into words.
In our work together, I won't tell you what decisions to make or offer ready-made answers. Instead, we'll take time to understand what is happening in your life and what it is like for you to experience it.
Some sessions may focus on a recent situation, while others may stay with something that feels especially important. We do not follow a rigid agenda; instead, we give attention to what matters most and move at a pace that feels manageable.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and curiosity, gradually developing a deeper understanding of yourself and finding ways of responding that feel more authentic.
My work is grounded in Gestalt therapy and informed by trauma-informed and systemic perspectives.
Gestalt therapy helps us explore your experience as a whole — including emotions, thoughts, bodily sensations, relationships, and the ways you respond to what is happening in your life. Rather than focusing only on removing symptoms, we seek to understand what they may be expressing and what keeps certain patterns in place.
A trauma-informed perspective brings particular attention to safety, choice, and boundaries. Difficult experiences are approached with care rather than pressure, without pushing you toward emotions or memories you are not ready to explore.
A systemic perspective considers the wider context of your life. Family relationships, significant experiences, and the environments in which you have lived can all shape how you relate to yourself and others today.
Together, these perspectives help me understand both your immediate difficulties and the broader context in which they developed.
About Me
As a therapist, I believe people are more than their symptoms, reactions, or ways of coping. The difficulties we face rarely appear without reason — they are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the environments we have lived in.
Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I find it more meaningful to ask:
“What makes sense about the way you're feeling, considering your life experiences?”
This way of seeing people shapes every aspect of my work. I am interested not only in what is difficult for you, but also in how your experience has come to make sense. I believe that understanding ourselves more deeply creates the possibility for meaningful change.
My role is not to tell you who to become or how you should live your life. My role is to create a space where you can better understand yourself, explore your experience openly, and discover what feels true and meaningful for you.
